Affiliate program rules
Version 2026-07 · Effective July 2026
These rules govern the Pearable partner program, operated by CherryWave LLC. By creating a partner account you agree to them. Where a separately negotiated partner agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence.
1. The program
Pearable partners receive a personal referral link. When a visitor uses that link, we set a cookie valid for 30 days. If that visitor creates a Pearable account while the cookie is active, they are attributed to you, and they receive 20 bonus application credits together with their first purchase.
2. Commission
You earn a commission — 15% unless your account has a custom rate — on the first purchase made by each customer attributed to you, whether a subscription or a credit pack. Later purchases, renewals, and upgrades do not accrue commission. The applicable rate is snapshotted at the time of purchase.
3. Refund window and reversals
Commissions remain pending for 72 hours after the purchase. If the purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back in that window, the commission — and the customer's bonus credits — are cancelled. Refunds or chargebacks after a payout has been made may be settled against future earnings.
4. Payouts and tax documentation
Payable balance can be withdrawn once it reaches $10/€10. Before your first payout you must complete the tax form required by US law (Form W-9 for US persons, or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E otherwise); it is signed in the portal and stored encrypted. Approved payouts are sent by Wise batch transfer to your account email — Wise contacts you to receive the funds, and we never collect or store your bank details. Payouts are reviewed and normally sent within five business days.
5. Customer privacy
You will only ever see a referred customer's first name and a masked email address. You must not attempt to identify, contact, or de-anonymize referred customers.
6. Prohibited practices
Self-referrals; referring your own or affiliated accounts; cookie stuffing; misleading claims about Pearable; spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; bidding on Pearable brand terms, misspellings, or brand-plus-keyword variations in paid search; posing as Pearable in ads, domains, or social handles; and any fake, bot-driven, or incentivized signups that predictably refund, charge back, or churn immediately — including any scheme that pays users to subscribe without genuine intent to remain a customer. Violations forfeit unpaid commissions and may terminate the account.
7. Termination and changes
Either side may end the partnership at any time; earned, payable commissions at termination are paid out at the next cycle unless forfeited under section 6. We may update these rules; material changes are versioned and announced in the portal, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
