Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pearable account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

If you can sign in to the Pearable app, this is the fastest way:

  1. 1Open the Pearable app and go to Settings.
  2. 2Tap Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm by typing “Delete Account”, then tap Delete account.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

By email

If you can’t access the app — for example, you’ve lost your device or can’t sign in — email us from the address associated with your Pearable account:

Use the subject line “Account deletion request.” We’ll verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your profile and account details
  • Your résumés and uploaded files
  • Your job applications and tracker history
  • Your inbox and messages

What we may retain

After your account is deleted, we may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to — for example, billing and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
